A protocol is a written sequence of steps that anyone can check. Ours has four steps and six rules, and you find them in the contract before you sign.
Check
Week 1
A meeting in person. We check ownership, access and how enquiries arrive today. We leave you a written sheet and, if it makes sense to go on, a quote.
Trial
Days 1–30
Page, campaign, WhatsApp and tracking, all on your accounts. On day 30 we bring you the numbers and you decide whether to continue.
Management
From the second month
A weekly review of the campaigns, follow-up of open enquiries and a monthly meeting on the numbers.
Independence
Whenever you like
We teach you to do part of the work yourself, or all of it. Our aim is not to keep you tied to us.
The rules
Six promises, in the contract.
The price, first
A public price list and a written quote, with VAT, timing and terms, before any work.
Everything in your name
Domain, website, ad accounts, pixel, WhatsApp number and content are yours. Full handover within 7 days.
The numbers, on paper
One sheet a month: enquiries, cost per enquiry, quotes, appointments. Numbers taken from your accounts, not from a dashboard of ours.
No lock-in
After the trial you continue month by month, with 30 days' notice. The annual plan is optional.
Real Italian
Every text is written or checked by a native speaker and approved by you before publication.
AI, declared
We list in the contract the artificial intelligence tools we use. Content generated with AI is always labelled.
Rimini and the production studio
Who does what.
- In Rimini: your contact person, the meetings, the contract, the invoice and responsibility for the work. All contracts are signed by [RAGIONE SOCIALE] S.r.l..
- At the production studio of the Scale Up Genius Hub group, in India: graphics, video editing, web pages and the technical running of campaigns, commissioned and supervised by the Rimini office.
- Italian review: every text meant for your customers goes through a native-speaker reviewer before it reaches you.
Your data
Your customers' data stays in your own tools.
Your customers' enquiries arrive in your email, your WhatsApp and your spreadsheets. The production studio works on pages, ads and aggregate results, and normally has no need to see names and phone numbers.
When access to personal data is necessary, we govern it with a written agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR, with your authorisation and with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for transfers to India.
Promotional WhatsApp messages, emails and texts go only to people who have given consent. No bought lists, no promotional groups.
Artificial intelligence
A tool, not a shortcut.
We use artificial intelligence for drafts, translations, ad variations and video edits. Every result is checked by a person before it reaches you.
As the European AI Act requires, images, videos and audio generated or altered with AI are labelled as such, and an automated assistant always says that it is not a person. In your advertising we use real photos and real people.
