We bring independent estate agencies in the province of Rimini valuation requests from owners who want to sell. In each area we work with only one agency, at a fixed monthly price.
The problem
The competition is for listings.
In 2026 the number of properties for sale in the province of Rimini fell by about 10%, while demand grew. There is no shortage of buyers: what is missing is properties to offer them.
For an agency, then, the work that counts is getting the call from people who want to sell, ahead of the competition and ahead of the property portals.

The valuation page
On your agency's domain, with your brand and your areas. The owner leaves the address, the type of property and contact details.
Area campaigns
Ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google aimed at owners in your area, in your ad account.
Fast follow-up
Every request reaches you in real time. WhatsApp reminder messages from your number, only to people who asked for them.
Eight reels a month
Short videos of the properties and the area, edited from your own photos and footage. No AI-generated properties.
Area exclusivity
As long as we work together, we do not work for another agency in your area.
The numbers sheet
Every month: valuation requests, appointments booked, listings won, cost per request. We bring it to your agency.
Prices
Three months' trial, then month by month.

Prices exclude VAT. The advertising budget is paid directly to Meta or Google: we suggest starting from about €300 a month per area.
What we don't do
Clear terms on this too.
- We do not guarantee a number of listings: we guarantee the agreed work and real numbers.
- We do not work for two agencies in the same area.
- We do not publish images of properties generated with artificial intelligence.
- We do not write to anyone who has not given consent: no cold messages, no bought lists.
